Step 6 – Conduct Exercise

Use the suggested logistics checklist below to help conduct your exercise. Feel free to add or delete activities to make it reflective of your exercise. The TTX is conducted by a facilitator, assisted by one or more evaluators. The facilitator should be someone comfortable speaking in front of groups, and have familiarity with your utility’s emergency response plan as well as the plans of other local agencies or organizations. The checklist of exercise activities below will help the facilitator conduct the TTX.
